Your goal (or goals), articulated in your own words

Some of my main goals for my paper as I move forward with revision is to work on developing my quotes a little bit more and providing more of an explanation or follow through as to why those quotes support my own ideas. I also need to rework some of my multimodal aspects to make them show in my paper in an effective way to enhance my paper. Lastly, I just needed to do some minor grammatical revisions.

The steps you plan to take to achieve this goal (in order of priority)

The steps I plan on taking to achieve my goals is starting out by rereading my paper and identify in the places I feel need more of a follow through. I also planned on looking closely at my quotes to make sure they are the best quotes to support my own ideas and I planned on adding a quote that I found during in class revision. For my multimodal aspects I need to look up how to embed a video into my paper and I wanted to change one of my pictures with one that I took when I was recently at home. And then I needed to reread my paper for grammatical errors and also look for a peer that could revise my paper for minor errors.

What you see as your biggest challenge

I think my biggest challenge will be deciding when I think my paper is good enough. I am trying to no get super caught up in my quotes because I know I could revise my paper over a 100 times and still find something I could change so I am taking my peers comments into consideration but not letting it take control of m paper.

And what will you do if a challenge comes up that proves too difficult for you to solve on your own? In other words, what resources do you plan to use?

I know if a ton of resources I could use to help with an challenges I face when editing my paper such as Digispace, my writing fellow Emmy, my professor, my peers, or the SACS offered here at school.

  1. Excellent. I agree that knowing when a written product is finished can be tricky! I still struggle with that challenge. Please let me know if you have any questions.
